Regrettably, I can't give this company a lower rating to express how unhelpful they are. It feels like they're just out to make a quick buck off their customers, wasting both time and hard-earned cash. I bought a wireless speaker along with two microphones, but they didn’t work at all. When I reached out to them, I had to cover the return shipping costs, and now they’re telling me I need to pay again to get my product back. Plus, the mics are only guaranteed for 30 days, so I’ll have to buy another one. I’ve lost almost 200 pounds, and now my money is tied up in their warehouse while I’m stuck paying for more mics that aren’t even covered. Seriously, steer clear of this company! Oh, and good luck trying to talk to someone on the phone; it’s all just emails.

I ran into a bit of trouble with a PA System that required a swap. Lauren from Customer Service was a huge help and even got me a discount, which made the replacement a bit easier to handle. I really appreciate the quick response and support from the Vocal Star team. Kudos and thanks ... Dave D

Great item. A bit of a letdown since one of the mics didn’t work. It was a gift, so I only discovered it when it got unwrapped. The mic wasn’t under warranty, but I managed to buy a replacement for a reasonable price. The customer support was super helpful.

The items arrived quickly and matched the description. This was meant as a Christmas gift for our granddaughter, so we didn’t open it until the big day. Unfortunately, one of the discs was broken and couldn’t be played, but Vocal Star wouldn’t swap it out since it was past the 30-day mark. Most companies understand that gifts given during the holidays might not be unwrapped right away and let you return them later, but not Vocal Star.

I got myself a new VS-800 remote controller for my karaoke setup. After putting fresh batteries in, I aimed it at the machine - but nada. The remote lights up when I hit any button, yet the machine doesn’t seem to pick it up.

I can’t reach out to Vocal Str since they don’t offer any support for their stuff. Just terrible!

I really liked getting the karaoke in different languages, especially Hindi. Unfortunately, it ain't available for download, but I've figured out how to convert a disc into a zip file now. So, overall, it was a pretty solid experience.
